Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist – Stoney Creek Pet Lodge and Rehab Center (Whitsett, NC)
Are you passionate about pets and providing outstanding customer service? Stoney Creek Pet Lodge and Rehab Center is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team!
As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience. This position is perfect for someone who is outgoing, detail-oriented, and loves working in a fast-paced pet care environment.
Responsibilties
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will:
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage reservations
- Collect and process payments and invoices
- Obtain medical histories and ensure vaccines/tests are up to date
- Communicate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians about patient needs
- Accurately update and maintain client and patient records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service or receptionist experience preferred (veterinary or medical office experience a plus)
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Weekend availability required
- Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs
- A passion for animals and commitment to exceptional client care
