Coordinator of Admissions and Recruitment
Full-time Administrator (Level 15)
Salary Range: $58,000 - $65,000 (salary commensurate on experience)
Reports to: Director of Admissions and Recruitment
FLSA Status: Exempt
This position will be open until Sunday, October 5, 2025.
*This position has college-wide responsibilities and requires travel between all campuses and off-site locations. The primary office location is the Pottstown campus.
**Evenings and weekends are required and as needed, especially during peak times of the year.
***This position requires the PA Child Abuse, PA State Police, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances as a condition of employment.
Basic Purpose
Under the direction of the Director of Admissions & Recruitment, the Coordinator of Admissions and Recruitment will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing strategies and activities that optimize enrollments by attracting new students to the College. This is accomplished by providing essential information about the College as it relates to admissions and enrollment; making vital information available to the community through visits and presentations; working collaboratively with college faculty, staff, and current students to attract new students; fostering awareness, promotion, and support of the College’s mission and academic program offerings.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the coordination and implementation of recruitment initiatives, admissions events, and college visit programs intended to enhance the College’s recruitment efforts and increase prospective student enrollment.
- Responsible for back-up supervision of the enrollment coach assigned to the territory to ensure effective and consistent follow-up with prospects and applicants to assist them through the enrollment process.
- Responsible for working with all prospective students and applicants providing consistent, accurate, and timely information about the College's polices and programs.
- Effectively utilize the Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) tool and proper funnel management to assist prospective students/applicants successfully through the enrollment process to matriculation into the College.
- Follow-up with prospective students/applicants to ensure completion of the enrollment process and communicate in person or via email with the necessary departmental staff (placement testing, advising, registration, and financial aid) to facilitate the inquiry to enrollment process.
- Responsible for providing excellent service to prospective students/applicants as well as accountability for enrollment growth in designated territories, to include the high schools within the territories.
- Represent the College at a variety of on and off-campus recruiting events. This includes, but is not limited to high school visits, presentations, college fairs, career transitions workshops, and Open House programs.
- Prepare weekly reports highlighting recruitment outcomes.
- Assist in the development, coordination and implementation of the College’s Recruitment Plan. Work collaboratively with campus offices/departments to establish and coordinate recruitment activities geared towards implementing the College’s recruitment plan.
- Assess recruitment efforts and make recommendations to adapt strategies as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Training/Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Bi-lingual preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience and proven success in a consultative sales position in a higher education setting, is preferred.
- Ability to travel, work nights and weekends as needed.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity.
- Evidence of strong presentation, written, verbal skills and interpersonal communication skills.
