Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to be on the frontier of transforming how the world makes cement. Sublime Systems seeks a creative and dynamic Pilot Plant Technician to support operations of our various pilot plants during a 2nd shift from 3 pm to 11 pm. The technician will be central to executing, improving upon, and maintaining procedures that enable reliable plant operation. As a member of Sublime Systems’ small but growing team the right individual will be a key resource in the scale up of Sublime’s technology.
There are opportunities in both our novel Sublime process pilot as well as our material processing pilot. This role is expected to be hands-on, with a significant amount of time spent engaging in pilot scale operation, testing and troubleshooting. Successful candidates will be reliable, ambitious, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
This is an in-person position located in Somerville, MA. 2nd shift hours of 3 pm to 11 pm
