What You'll Be Doing

• Handling inbound mortgage applications and inquiries
• Calling clients and helping them gather necessary documentation
• Submitting mortgage applications to Prime, Alt-A, and Private lenders
• Coordinating with lenders, lawyers, and other stakeholders
• Organizing files, preparing contracts, and following up with clients

What You Bring

• A valid Mortgage Broker license OR active enrollment in a licensing course (BCFSA, FSRAO, or RECA)
• Sales experience (even outside the finance industry) is a strong asset
• Passion for helping people navigate major life decisions
• A self-starter mindset, eager to learn and grow
• Comfort with technology and learning new systems
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability
