Job title – Expert MDM Solutions

Location – Barcelona, Spain

As an Expert MDM Solutions, you will Design, develop and publish MD reports and visuals based on the Master Data sources, lineage and hub to track KPI’s and corrective actions.

Develop and implement document management policies and procedure related to Master Data Management platforms and data quality, including business and technical requirements as well as Master Data Management workflows technical design. Maintain and update the document database ensuring MD support continuity.

Your key responsibilities

• Design solutions that make data master data assets easy to understand and act on, ensuring data integrity.
• Develop BI reports and manage the administration of MD reports and visuals.
• Communicating actionable insights to improve MD decision-making.
• Interface with IT for MD dashboards and reporting (MD Database updates, connections, authorization, jobs scheduling, release management…)
• Develop and manage master data solutions documentation throughout their lifecycle, including the creation, collection, processing, use, storage, disposition and archiving.
• Establish standard master data technical templates based on best practices
• Create, revise, store documents in database or library, ensuring that all documents are appropriately indexed, having the proper metadata and reflecting the business and/or the technical requirements for all systems involved.
• Train employees on proper document handling and management process that will be published in MDM Group Intranet site for MDM Group and MDM Operations users

You bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Master Data Management or data science for an international company
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Critical competencies:

• Data science, data visualization and exploratory analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with understanding of risk management and framework
• Attention to detail and excellent editing and proofreading skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization
• Knowledge of data management tools and its practical application in an organization, Service Now a plus
