Job Summary:

Provide administrative and clerical support to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, accurate record-keeping, and timely communication across departments

Key Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources:
    • Prepare and coordinate onboarding for new employees
    • Create and oversee new hire paperwork
    • Scan and file documents into employee files
    • Access control for building security
    • Oversee performance review schedule
    • Coordinate new hire benefit enrollment meetings
  • Administrative support to the Operations teams, including manufacturing, materials, quality, and shipping/receiving:
    • Prepare, maintain, and organize documents, reports, and records
    • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and filing
    • Help the Production team with timekeeping, job orders, and documentation needs
    • Coordinate and communicate information between departments as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative, office, or clerical experience required, with a minimum of one year preferred.
  • Previous experience with Human Resources is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
