About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Intern to join our team. As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for HR organization development, assisting with general duties, such as: document control or employee related activities. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual "English - Spanish
• Ability to work 3 to 5 days a week
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruitment or HR-related field - a plus
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Local applicants preferred

Skills:

As an HR Intern, you will utilize your strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite will be necessary to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system. Additionally, your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be crucial in ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent for our organization. Finally, your problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data will be beneficial in providing insights to improve our recruitment process.
