- Assign janitorial duties to staff and regularly inspect their work to ensure that
- established standards are met
- • Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to janitorial staff as needed. Taking
- inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment and informing management
- when supplies are depleted
- • Assist recruiting department with staffing needs
- • Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff.
- • Resolve conflicts between janitorial staff in an efficient manner
- • Attend meetings and in-service training sessions as required.
- • Perform all janitorial duties necessary and cover when short-staffed
- Perform additional services like carpet extractions and floor maintenance
- • Monitor staff attendance and report absences.
- • Complete and submit all required paperwork, including but not limited to quality
- • reports, signoffs, and summary sheets.
- • Make recommendations to upper management regarding promotions transfers
- and dismissals.
- • Maintain quality standards
- Investigate and resolve clients’ complaints of missed or improperly cleaned
- areas.
- • Overtime may be required, including extra hours, weekends and holidays as needed.

- • Assist with the completion of additional work orders if necessary
- Flexible schedule is a must. Schedule changes based on needs
Monday - Friday flexible schedule 10:00am to 7:00pm (1 hour of unpaid lunch)
