Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Clerk to join our growing team.
This role supports the accounting department by performing daily financial tasks and assisting with month-end processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process Accounts Payable invoices and ensure correct coding
- Match purchase orders with invoices and help resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile monthly AP statements
- Receive, process, and post incoming payments
- Track and reconcile company credit card expenses
- Assist with vendor setup and respond to vendor inquiries
- Help prepare and submit local sales tax and business privilege taxes
- Assist with general ledger account reconciliations
- Support the month-end close and other routine accounting tasks
- Provide general administrative support and “wear many hats” to help the team as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred (AP/AR focus a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain confidentiality
- Excel proficiency required; experience with accounting software a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
