JOB SUMMARY

KIOTI is searching for an experienced marketing communications professional to join our team and help drive visibility around a variety of marketing initiatives.  The Senior Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in advancing KIOTI’s marketing efforts, with a strong emphasis on social media management, trade show execution, dealer network support, and brand consistency. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to uphold and enhance the KIOTI brand across various platforms and events and requires a high level of strategic thinking and independent decision making.  The ideal candidate must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  He/she must possess a deep understanding of social media, trade shows and/or event experience, excellent writing and presentation skills, and have a strategic and creative mindset. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Support overall marketing communications plan.
  • Assist in the development of advertising, promotional material, and digital assets. 
  • Support internal and dealer communications,
  • Maintain brand compliance throughout the company and external dealer network. 
  • Ensure all marketing and communications materials are consistent with KIOTI’s brand guides and messaging. 
  • Schedule and manage social content across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn)
  • Engage with social followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a strong online community aligned with KIOTI’s brand voice. 
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics and KPI’s to evaluate performance and guide decision-making. 
  • Assist with planning, budgeting, logistics, and execution of trade shows, expos, and dealer events. 
  • Provide marketing support to KIOTI’s dealer network, including co-op advertising, communications, and digital marketing resources.
  • Serve as a point of contact for dealers’ marketing needs externally and internally. 

 

 

EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • BS/BA in marketing, communications or related field and 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Experience in agriculture, equipment, or manufacturing industry a plus. 
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and social media management platforms. 
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is desirable.
  • Experience with Wordpress or other CMS is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Collaborate effectively across departments, adapting to shifting deadlines and new initiatives as they arise. 
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently, as well as, within a multi-disciplinary team. 
  • Demonstrated results with project management from beginning to end. Experience with a project management platform a plus. 
  • Ability to anticipate, manage and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to travel overnight for trade shows and events (approx. 10%).
