Job Description
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Minimum one year of banking/administrative experience required. Security experience a plus.
Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Able to work independently with little supervision yet be a team player and positive acceptor of on-going change.
Ability to appropriately prioritize workload, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks. simultaneously while producing accurate, high-quality work.
Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
Essential Functions:
Manage the Bank’s reception station within either the Corporate Headquarters building lobby and provide excellent customer service to personnel and guests while maintaining security control expectations.
Process building visitors, vendors, and employees, utilizing bank visitor management strategies and solutions.
Evaluation of operations and processes surrounding Department functions, such as physical security (access control), investigations, analytical models, and/or compliance and training, to recommend modifications where appropriate.
Various security-related responsibilities including physical access control, surveillance monitoring, fraud mitigation, investigative functions, and training initiatives.
Physical and/or electronic file organization.
Retrieval, organization, and distribution of Department mail.
Office supply ordering, receipt, and tracking.
Calendar, meeting, and event planning and scheduling.
Department publication/reporting/document creation, modification, updating, proofreading, and/or filing, which may include minor calculations.
Communicating and interacting in a professional and courteous manner, both written and verbally, with internal and external contacts, including but not limited to visitors, customers, employees, vendors, and security/law enforcement personnel.
Answer telephone calls and evaluate for proper disposition. Provide telephone coverage when needed.
Other duties as assigned.
