Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |

Spreadsheet software skills to quantify and illustrate routine financial reports, comparisons, impacts, and/or projections. Ability to supervise and train assigned staff. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to document work in progress. Ability to effectively communicate accounting information, policies, and/or procedures in a manner easily understood by the customer. Knowledge of court processes and legal documentation requirements. Ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions. Ability to provide legal depositions and testimony. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements. Ability to persuade and influence others. Knowledge of university and/or public auditing policies, standards, and procedures. Knowledge of current changes and/or developments in applicable federal, state, local laws, and university policies and procedures. Knowledge of governmental financial statements auditing and workpaper review. |
