The Manager of Talent and Culture position:
All Heart Home Care is currently seeking a Manager of Talent and Culture that will be responsible for creating a positive and successful employee life cycle experience. This position will also serve as a back up to the Director of People Operations.
DUTIES:
- Arrange for advertising and posting of job vacancies to include social media.
- Screen and evaluate candidates, sending final recommendations to Managers for interview.
- Participate in job fairs and recruiting activities in the community.
- Follow up with final candidates, guiding them through the offer and onboarding process.
- Compile and prepare required reports.
- Initiate and administer approved retention programs including but not limited to; stay interviews, newsletters and tuition reimbursement.
- Partner with leaders to create and maintain All Heart Academy.
- Partner with People Operations Team on design of new programs including onboarding for new hires.
- Coach leadership on employee relation issues, sitting in when necessary. Ensure all documentation of issues are received and maintained.
- Lead team responsible for employee celebration and experiences.
- Serve as backup to Director of People Operations when needed.
- Oversee stay interview, performance reviews, training and development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience - 1-3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
- Healthcare recruiting strongly preferred.
- A positive, helpful and friendly personality with exceptional people skills is required.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook), experience with HRIS systems preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Office environment with standard business hours.
- Occasional travel or extended hours may be required depending on business needs.
