Position summary:
This is a federal work-study position. Labouré College of Healthcare, Inc. students who qualify for this work-study position will have approval from the Financial Aid Office. The work-study office worker will assist various departments as assigned with general office functions and special projects as assigned. This position is limited to 20 hours a week unless approved for more by the Director of Financial Aid.
Essential Duties (3-4 primary, current, normal daily duties and responsibilities):- Performs administrative tasks such as, but not limited to: making appointments, answering phones, responding to voicemails/emails, giving campus tours, and handing out tickets for events
- Assists with filing and mailings
- Other duties as assigned or directed by the Assistant Director of Financial Aid or the office supervisor

- Effective time management; able to organize and manage multiple priorities and interruptions
- Customer satisfaction orientation; takes initiative to identify and resolve problems
