We are seeking a strategic and analytical Finance Manager to lead the financial oversight of our real estate investment portfolio. This role is responsible for evaluating property performance, conducting financial modeling, and guiding investment decisions to optimize returns across a diverse portfolio of assets.

 

Day to day you'll...

• Analyze financial performance of real estate assets and portfolios, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models for acquisitions, dispositions, and capital projects.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to support investment strategy.
• Collaborate with asset management, leasing, and development teams to align financial goals.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses across the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support due diligence for new investments and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial performance of real estate assets and portfolios.
• Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, developments, and leases.
• Partner with real estate to evaluate site economics.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

What you'll bring to the team...:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, or portfolio management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Deep understanding of real estate markets, valuation methods, and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
