• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate follow ups to make sure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Help to prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents.
• Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
• Oversee office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing expenses, and handling vendor relationships.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
• Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities

• 10+ years of experience in an executive support role, ideally within a fast-paced startup or tech environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to anticipate needs and exercise sound judgment with minimal oversight
• Tech-savviness and ability to quickly learn and leverage new software
• Experience supporting stakeholders at the executive level, particularly in a high-growth startup
• Genuine passion for startups and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
