Summary
The ISS Regional Production Manager is accountable for the successful growth, development and delivery of services within a defined geography. Coaches, trains, and leads the team within the region to drive profitable growth, using reliable and repeatable processes to establish ISS as the leading Project Management service in the industry.
Key Accountabilities
- Actively demonstrate, through own actions, a commitment to creating a safe workplace free of all injuries.
- Drive profitable growth in new construction and remodel services within assigned geographic territory.
- Coach, train and lead team of ISS Field Project Managers.
- Qualify and onboard subcontractors within assigned geographic territory.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Field Performance: Plan, manage and track KPIs including job profitability, project timelines, customer service and compliance with standards.
- Team Leadership: Set expectations, hire, coach, train and monitor team performance and productivity.
- Subcontractor Quality: Qualify and onboard subcontractors within assigned geographic territory. Monitor performance including timelines, compliance with standards and customer service.
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and serve as a reliable and knowledgeable resource for subcontractors, customers, peers and direct reports.
- Proactive communication with strategic customers (weekly, bi-weekly)
KNOWLEDGE/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and scopes
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending
- Lift up to 50-100 lbs occasionally
Education & Experience
- 5+ years of construction-based leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate with customers, sales and management teams
- Self-motivated professional with a fluent understanding of the exterior construction process; special focus in exterior claddings and windows is a plus
- Ability to meet deadlines, communicate questions and concerns, and search for creative solutions
