Project Manager en Crete Carrier Corporation

POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager leads strategic IT initiatives across infrastructure, software development, and data projects. This role ensures consistent project execution, alignment with business goals, and delivery of measurable outcomes. This Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to drive projects from concept to completion in an onsite capacity.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collaborate with departments, executives, and vendors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
* Lead projects using Agile, scrum, and hybrid methodologies tailored to business needs
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
* Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budged
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions
* Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders
* Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time project delivery,budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction
* Maintain strong working relationships across teams and vendors
* Participate in professional development and training opportunities
* Receives and carries out instructions
* Manages regular and predictable attendance
* Performs other duties as assigned
