This position is responsible for the over-all relationship between NEHL and its two primary third party vendors: Sub-Servicer and Origination Software., as well as the ongoing support of NEHL’s third party approved Brokers.  Scope of responsibilities will include (but not be limited) the following: vendor due diligence, support services, financial and internal controls, broker support and employee engagement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

           1.* To Assist with implementation of system features; assessing system capabilities for new product                                implementation; resolving processing problems; responding to requests for technical assistance/advice           and the scheduling and coordination of system upgrades and revisions.


2. To work with Support Services Specialist and Customer Support Residential Loan Assistnat to ensure NEHL is monitoring our investors for sub-servicing issues to ensure that sub-servicer is completing responsibilities as agreed upon.


3. To develop and maintain well documented Broker Approval Process and monitoring program.  


4. To maintain Broker Master List and update records on an annual basis.  


5. To assist in the training and education of Employees and Brokers on origination system


6* Oversees and maintains all serviced released functions to include MERS and sub-servicer.


7.* System admin to all software applications.


8.  Reporting MBA, NMLS quarterly reports and Monthly reports for PB


9.* Performs all other duties as assigned.


JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience.


  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.


  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the mortgage lending business and related regulatory requirements. 


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, capable problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.


  • Knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, products, and operations.


  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service good communications skills.
