As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of an Operations Manager is to provide effective leadership by overseeing the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, as well as other areas of the hotel. This role is responsible for F&B purchasing, menu planning, adhering to sanitation standards, implementing control and inventory procedures, and maintaining compliance with IHG brand standards. This role will play a crucial role in supporting associates during peak periods to ensure exceptional service and create a positive work environment. This role plays a vital part in professionally handling guest concerns, with the ability to empathize with guest feedback, and take swift action will contribute to creating a positive and memorable experience.
What you'll do:
Lead and inspire teams in Food & Beverage & Housekeeping.
Deliver top-tier guest service while ensuring every detail shines.
Keep operations on track with smart scheduling, purchasing, and cost control.
Champion safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
