The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. This role serves as a vital liaison between CCH, educational programs, and clinical sites. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the clinical placement, site compliance, and onboarding logistics. Concurrently, this role directly supports guiding participants through eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid and other public health insurance programs.

Essential Job Functions
Conducts a comprehensive credentialing process and submits enrollment and renewal applications for Medicaid.
Acts as the primary point of contact for clinical healthcare facilities regarding placements.
Researches and develops new and existing clinical placement partnerships and coordinates contractual agreements.
Organizes and maintains clinical placement databases, ensuring all placement details and facility requirements are accurate for compliance and billing purposes.
Follow up on the status of applications with agencies and resolve discrepancies or complex issues related to site placement or enrollment.
Evaluates and compiles required reports and data for interdepartmental collaboration.
Assists client representatives and provider representatives in responding to placement and other requests.
Gather and verify physician information, compiling required documents, researching, and other necessary information for medical license verification.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all information in compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
Stay current with all federal and state regulations related to both public health insurance enrollment and clinical site compliance.
Ensure timely & accurate use of all company systems as required while maintaining complete up-to-date records and any future upgrades as directed.

Qualifications Summary
Proficiency with data entry, electronic health records, and standard office software.
Strong data entry and database management skills to ensure accurate reports for compliance reporting.
Software management: ability to navigate and use dedicated software to manage the placement lifecycle.
Education, Experience and Job Competencies
Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
Previous healthcare experience, enrollment, credentialing, or program coordination preferred.
Previous public insurance programs preferred.
Regulatory and compliance management experience preferred.
