WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience in retail, preferably within a healthcare or medical setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to service
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate medical supplies and products based on their needs
- Provide detailed information about product features, and usage instructions
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit card, and insurance payments securely and in compliance with company policies
- Ensure that shelves and displays are clean, tidy, and well-maintained

- 5250 Auto Club Dr Suite 130, Dearborn, MI 48126
- Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
