Job Title : Executive Assistant & Corporate Communications
Role Purpose
The Executive Assistant & Corporate Communications professional will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives while leading corporate communications initiatives. This role serves as a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and communications lead, ensuring consistent, clear, and impactful messaging across the organization. The individual will enable the executive and leadership team to focus on driving business strategy and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between executives, leadership team members, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with accuracy and discretion.
- Draft, edit, and distribute executive messaging, newsletters, press releases, social media updates, and talking points.
- Maintain and uphold brand standards and ensure all communications reflect the company’s identity.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of professionalism.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues to optimize productivity.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.
- Support strategic projects and special assignments as delegated by senior executives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 3–5 years as an Administrative Assistant supporting a Senior Executive.
- Proven experience in drafting executive communications and managing corporate communications efforts.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong technological proficiency, including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom).
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
