To be successful in this role, a candidate will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful. Good attendance and punctuality are required.
Part-time: 29 hours a week
Receptionist Responsibilities:
Greet parents, students, and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and a smile
Have excellent attendance and punctuality
Assist Parents, students, and visitors in finding their way around the school.
Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting visitor information as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and calendaring.
Preparing meeting and training rooms.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Assist office manager or substitute for office manager at the request of the Chief Business Officer/ Lead Manager/ Registrar
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Sorting and distributing mail.
Provide excellent customer service.
Scheduling appointments.
All other duties as assigned by the Administrative.

Requirements / Qualifications
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Resume Required
Must have current references
Punctual, organized, good attendance a must
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required at a school office.
