The Role
As a Product Owner, you’ll be the voice of the customer within the product team. You’ll define and prioritise the product backlog, align stakeholders, and work closely with engineering and design to deliver solutions that drive value for users and the business. This is a highly visible role, bridging strategy and execution, where you’ll play a key part in bringing our product vision to life.
What You’ll Do
- Own, refine, and prioritise the product backlog based on business value and customer impact.
- Translate product strategy and customer needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of features.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming sessions.
- Act as the voice of the customer, making data-driven decisions to improve usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback to inform continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers on roadmap development and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) in a SaaS, technology, or digital product environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple, value-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering products that make an impact.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Exposure to user research, UX, or analytics.
