What will your job look like:

Job Summary: 

Responsible for the overall administrative and project support for the RCMS business operations across all RCMS BU locations. Charged with leadership and results related to general business operations and managing a team of individuals who support this role.  Provides support (administrative and otherwise), oversight, and project management for areas involving general business operations, facilities, and the needs of Leaders to impact the success and growth of the BU. 

Compensation budget, expense budgets, client financial results/KPI's. 

  • What you will contribute: 

    • Uses strong innovation skills to continually enhance the general business operations for both internal and external customers; collaborating with and supporting other departments in this endeavor.
    • Strong customer service skills for client satisfaction, the health of client AR and management of RCM team members; 
    • Professionally interact with clients and patients to resolve questions and concerns. 
    • Answers client inquiries; prompt return and follow up to all interactions; prompt response to requests for information, both internally and externally. 
    • Acts as a secondary point of contact for team members and provides guidance on work matters. 
    • Oversees Office operations; 
    • Rev Cycle Operations, IT, Reporting, Staffing, Training, Compliance. 
    • Strategic Account Management (AS TW, Pro, EPIC, other platforms as applicable). 
    • Integrate offshore and WFH workforce into existing workflows and develop process improvements. 
    • Scale workforce for onboarding of new large and strategic clients. 
    • Provides project management and guidance to help RCMS departments/functions meet both departmental and organizational goals and objectives, supervising the team to support this function.
    • Performs functions effectively and timely in accordance with all policies, procedures, protocols, and initiatives.
    • Participates in the development of business operations/strategic initiatives and generally leads the project management of specific initiatives in collaboration with Leadership.
    • May Manage facilities/building maintenance and all associated functions for a specific location(s).
    • Effectively manages associated expenses/budget, making sound decisions based on cost-benefit analysis. Obtains feedback and/or approval as necessary. This includes administrative expenses such as office supplies, etc.
    • Collaborates and assists others within BU to effectively develop, maintain and use best practice business operations programs/tools/systems in order to facilitate a smooth and effective business environment.
    • Achieve goals set forth by management and compliance requirements.
    • Follows enforces and models adherence to all policies, procedures, and processes.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Identify and recruit internal/external talents to ensure an effective mix of competencies.
    • Induct new joiners in order to quickly maximize performance.
    • Set and communicate team/individual objectives and KPIs to inspire individuals to achieve high performance.
    • Allocate workload to fully utilize every employee’s talent.
    • Implement development plans and coach for individuals to reach their maximum talent.
    • Provide regular constructive feedback on performance/development and address poor/mediocre performance on a timely manner.
    • Recognize high performers to maintain motivation and retain key talent.
    • Regularly communicate on company news and team progress against business plan.
    • Create team spirit.

An Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience Required
  • High School diploma  or equivalent required
  • College degree preferred
  • Completion of medical billing training (classroom or on-the-job) equal to graduation from a course of study covering comprehensive medical billing practices required
  • 12+ years relevant work experience Preferred
  • 5+ years of medical billing experience performing charge and payment posting, and comprehensive insurance follow up work with a major specialty, i.e. Family Practice, ENT, Surgery, OBGYN, Orthopedics, etc Required
  • 4-7 years relevant leadership experience including directing the work of others preferred

Work Arrangements: Work from Pune Office all 5 days.

Shift Timing: 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST (US Shift)
