Job Overview
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support and grow Jetpac’s visual identity across campaigns, product, and socials. You’ll design bold, engaging creatives that bring Jetpac’s story to life, from social posts and ads to campaign assets. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams while sharpening your craft in a fast- paced, global startup.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Execution
● Create social-first content (posts, reels, stories) and campaign assets.
● Support the design of visuals for product, ads, email and OOH.
● Experiment with new formats, styles, and design approaches.
Brand & Identity
● Apply Jetpac’s design language consistently across all creatives.
● Maintain brand guidelines while contributing fresh ideas.
Collaboration
● Work with marketing, product and social teams to deliver high-quality assets.
● Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
● Collaborate with senior designers and internal partners when needed.
Learning & Growth
● Stay curious about design, culture, and travel trends.
● Build skills in motion graphics, illustration, or other emerging design areas.
● Contribute ideas to brainstorms and campaign concepts.
Requirements
● 2–4 years of design experience (startup, brand, or agency).
● Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and brand work.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion tools like After Effects are a plus).
● Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color.
● Eager to grow in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
