About the role:

We are looking for a Change Manager to join our multi-stream digital transformation program. The incumbent will collaborate with the Transformation Lead, business stakeholders and implementation consultants to successfully deliver a CDC wide change initiative. This opportunity is a blend of strategy and execution, owning change strategy, training management and communication plans.


Key responsibilities include:

•      Formulating and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with program objectives. 

•      Conducting thorough assessments to understand the potential impact of changes on processes, people, and the overall organisation. 

•      Developing and executing effective communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process. 

•      Designing and managing training needs analysis and implementing training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge required to adapt to new processes or systems. 

•      Identifying potential risks and challenges associated with the change initiatives and developing mitigation strategies to address them. 

•      Work closely with program leadership, delivery partners, business stakeholders and support teams to plan, coordinate and execute change interventions that ensure adoption, engagement and readiness for go-live. 

About you: 

·         8+ years in organisational change management in complex transformation or ERP implementations.  

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·         Excellent soft skills, ability to negotiate, influence and resolve conflict.

Essential:

• Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain AGSVA Security Clearance at Baseline level.
