Broker Support Officer
Asa member of our award-winning Broker Sales and Distribution Team you willsupport our Broker partners with their inbound phone inquiries. This includes supporting Brokers and theirteams along the home lending journey and general queries to help support theircustomers.

You’ll make an impact by:
- Being accountable and organised to manage your workload to meet deadlines and key metrics
- Delivering efficient output and demonstrating a high level of accuracy whilst simultaneously developing your knowledge base to support an array of core tasks
- Actively identifying efficiencies in the tasks you are asked to complete and taking ownership of driving operational improvements
- Demonstrating an ability to work independently or as part of a team
Do things differently with us
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Minimum one year experience in the financial industry and/or an administrative role
- Medium level of computer literacy together with speed and experience with data verification and high-volume data input are highly regarded
- Previous experience with straight through processing and automation considered advantageous
- An understanding of privacy legislation and privacy principles, being responsible in applying these to your tasks
- A “solutions focussed” attitude to balance commercial and customer outcomes
