We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Manhattan Active Technical Solutions Engineer to support and enhance our Manhattan Active® Supply Chain solutions, including WMS, TMS, Proactive Monitoring or related modules. The Technical Solutions Engineer will work closely with business stakeholders, operations, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that optimize performance, improve workflows, and support strategic initiatives.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Design, configure, and implement solutions within Manhattan Active® applications to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain system integrations (APIs, data flows, and interfaces) between Manhattan Active® and other enterprise applications (ERP, E1, reporting tools, etc.).
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Manhattan Active® environments, ensuring system stability and timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Document solution designs, configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Partner with operations and IT teams to test, validate, and deploy solutions across environments (Test, UAT, Production).
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend system enhancements within Manhattan Active®.
  • Train and support end users on system functionality and best practices.

 REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 

  • 1+ years of experience with Manhattan Active® solutions (e.g., WMS, TMS, or Omni).
  • Strong experience in both functional and technical aspects of Manhattan Active (e.g., configuration, APIs, microservices, ProActive).
  • Proficient in scripting, SQL, REST APIs, and system integration methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based architecture (preferably SaaS deployments in AWS).
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Manhattan Associates certification (Active WM, TM, Omni, etc.).
  • Experience with Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF).
  • Hands-on experience with Proactive Monitoring, insights dashboards, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Postman, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).

PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods within an office environment.
  • Ability to use hands and fingers for computer keyboarding, and answer phone calls.
  • Ability to communicate via the telephone using speaking and hearing skills.
