Intelligence Federal is a fast-growing federal contracting company seeking an experienced Civil Rights Investigator/ Auditor to support a federal government agency.

JOB DUTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Assess specific nature of allegations.
  • Review allegations and supporting materials.
  • Plan, coordinate, conduct, and evaluate in-depth affirmative civil rights investigations.
  • Draft documents.
  • Conduct on-site investigation including interviews with victims, witnesses, and others as necessary.
  • Prepare factual summary and evaluation based on investigations in conjunction with civil rights.
  • Conduct legal research.

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust Clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS & SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Undergraduate degree is required.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of experience working with law enforcement and/or enforcement of Civil Right statutes.
  • Familiarity with Civil Rights statutes, including the Fair Housing Act and Americans with Disabilities Act.
