We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Financial & Business Analyst whowill play a key role in supporting the financial, operational, and strategic initiatives of the Supply Chain organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, this position is responsible for delivering insightful data analysis, supporting process improvements, and facilitating reporting across Purchasing and Supply Chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of spend data, variance analysis, and performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Develop and manage key Supply Chain related dashboards and analytics in PowerBI is support of Commodity Strategy Development and execution.
  • Develop regular reports and dashboards (monthly, quarterly, annual) to support supply chain and purchasing operations.
  • Support the preparation of multi-year forecasts and budgets for supply chain-related spend.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaboration with Finance - Support vendor pricing inquiries from Accounts Payable. 
  • Maintain data integrity within ERP systems (e.g., Purchasing Global Supplier Directory), including vendor contact info, category classification, Commodity Strategy status, and agreement documentation.
  • Ensure up-to-date records and compliance within the Supply Chain SharePoint site and other tracking systems.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Supply Chain Quality Management System (QMS), including standardized policies, procedures, and forms.
  • Manage and track cross-functional supply chain projects and programs as assigned.
  • Coordinate and maintain Sourcing Council documentation, meeting agendas, and approval workflows (e.g., Material Change Notices, cost tracking).
  • Assist with audit preparation, compliance activities, and quality control processes.
  • Support special projects including executive presentations, graphics, statistical analysis, and confidential reporting.
  • Assist with internal reviews and support internal stakeholders with timely, accurate data insights.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex data into clear business insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI and SQL for reporting and data visualization.
  • Knowledge of cost accounting and general finance/accounting principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence and collaborate across departments.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (or equivalent ERP systems).
  • Familiarity with regulatory or audit requirements within a supply chain or procurement context.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, finance, or purchasing.
  • Experience working with financial reporting, forecasting, and procurement systems.

Work type & Expected hours of work:   Regularly works on-site at local Paslin locations. Work schedules are flexible around core business hours of 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. This position is for regular, full-time work and may require coming in early, working late, or working on weekends to meet the needs of the business.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and twist. Occasionally required to lift/push/pull up to 25lbs.

Travel: This position requires occasional local travel between Paslin sites
