We have an opportunity within our Film, TV & Theatre department for a Shared Agent’s Assistant. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working alongside two Agents (and with one agent’s senior assistant), therefore, high-level organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. Discretion is key.
The role requires someone who is hugely adaptable, has great attention to detail and would suit an individual keen to take the next step in their career.
Agent’s Assistant key responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Agents
- Diary management for the Agents
- Handling a high volume of emails and calls, both from clients and producers
- Processing contracts, issuing invoices, and keeping track of monies
- Researching upcoming projects and actively putting clients forward for suitable projects
- Script reading/providing feedback on behalf of Agents/clients
- Ensuring client CVs are up to date online
