Program Manager (Navy Programs) en American Technology Solutions International Corp. (ATSI)

Description

The Program Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing the execution of a Navy support program, ensuring successful delivery of services, achievement of contract requirements, and alignment with customer priorities. This role provides overall program direction, personnel management, budget oversight, and serves as the primary point of contact with government leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide overall program leadership, direction, and guidance to ensure effective execution of all program requirements in support of Navy missions. 

· Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance. 

· Manage day-to-day program operations, with support from the corporate team, to include planning, scheduling, staffing, and task execution.

· Serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders, fostering strong communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Supervise, mentor, and evaluate program staff; ensure appropriate staffing levels and alignment of workforce skills with mission requirements.

· Oversee program budget, cost tracking, and resource allocation to ensure compliance with funding limitations and contract requirements.

· Monitor performance metrics and develop reports, briefings, and documentation for government leadership.

· Identify and mitigate program risks; implement corrective actions as needed to ensure mission success.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable federal regulations, Navy policies, and contractual obligations.

· Support business development activities, including proposal input, staffing plans, and customer engagement as required.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline.

· Minimum of 15 years of program/project management experience, including leadership of large, complex programs.

· Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams and achieving mission-critical objectives.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leaders, engage stakeholders, and translate technical details into actionable information.

· Desired experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD), with strong background in programmatic, administrative, financial, and information technology functions.

· Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification highly desired.

· DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management or equivalent is highly desired.

· Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs, budgets, and personnel.

· Strong knowledge of federal contracting processes and program execution.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Active Secret clearance.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Location:
Washington Navy Yard, Washington DC / Monday - Friday (40 hours/week regularly)
