Description
As a General Manager of Oak & Stone, you will be responsible for leading teams that spread joy - through heartfelt hospitality and great food and drinks, building community relationships, manage costs and maintain accountability for achieving success.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to:
- Lead the entire team in our mission and values
- Deliver heartfelt hospitality to our guests
- Comply with company policies, procedures, practices
- Communicate effectively to Team Members
- Conduct interviews and follow hiring protocols
- Conduct onboarding for all new Team Members
- Prepare and manage P&L reports
- Ensure sanitation procedures are in place
- Adhere to alcohol awareness policies and procedures
- Build relationships within the community to build sales
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall restaurant management experience
