Roles and Responsibilities
- Management and development of new and existing customer accounts
- Process orders and follow up on all customer requests
- Quote, entry, and follow-up
- Promotion of new products and specials to customers
- Manage customer inquiries
- Communication and support of Outside Sales Representatives on quotes and customer feedback
Qualifications
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Excellent customer service, problem solving, and follow-up skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to develop positive working relationships and new business over the phone
- Growth and sales-oriented mind set
