Warehouse Manager en Entec Services, Inc.

Description

As a member of the ENTEC Mechanical Service Team, you will support our HVAC Service technicians through warehouse management, facility maintenance and management, and parts delivery. You will work closely with team members from all parts of the organization, as well as vendors and customers.

This role is in-person site-based work, and typical work hours are Monday-Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, but may vary in order to support field technicians.

Job duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Warehouse duties, including parts shipping and receiving, inventory and logistics, unloading deliveries, and maintaining tools and safety gear
• Facility Maintenance, including managing grounds maintenance and coordinating cleaning crews, clearing snow from sidewalks, and general building upkeep and supplies
• Managing team that delivers parts to technicians in the field
• Forklift operation

Requirements

Required:

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT physical
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written communication
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to use inventory management software and other organizational computer applications
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment, as well as to perform work independently
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and team members effectively
• Ability to obtain and maintain an EPA 608 certification

Preferred:

• OSHA 40 hour certificate
• Management experience
