Designation: Scrum Master 

Experience in Years: 10+ years 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum and SAFe methodologies, driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity.

• Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver business value.

• Oversee delivery of BI and Data Engineering projects involving GCP, cloud data platforms, data lakes, ETL workflows, Power BI.

• Manage resource and capacity planning, conflict resolution, and recruitment for Agile teams.

• Enable technical excellence by fostering knowledge-sharing and mentoring team members on best practices in data modeling, ETL workflows, and performance optimization.

• Track Agile KPIs (velocity, burndown, sprint reports) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment with organizational goals, cost efficiency, and timely project execution.
   

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach in BI, Data Engineering, or ETL domains.
  Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SAFe Agile, and SDLC practices.

• Proven delivery experience with GCP services (Composer,BQ, Cloud Run etc).
  Conceptual knowledge of ETL (Informatica PowerCenter), Data Modeling (Star/Snowflake schema, Erwin), and SQL optimization.

• Experience managing large cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore) across complex data projects.
  Knowledge of Power BI optimization (DAX, Tabular Editor, Performance Analyzer) is a plus.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  Ability to drive incident management, automation, and continuous delivery improvements.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe Agilist) required.

• Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure) are a plus.
