Your Role


 
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Audit Manager Technology & Change to join IAG’s Group Internal Audit team. This role is part of a high-performing team delivering independent assurance across digital, cyber security, data and strategic transformation initiatives.

 

You’ll lead and contribute to audits that help stakeholders manage risk, meet compliance obligations, and drive business improvement. Alongside traditional IT controls reviews, you’ll gain exposure to transformation programs, Agile delivery, and emerging risks like cloud, cyber, data, and third-party risk. This is a great opportunity to work with innovative teams focused on customer, digital, and data, while making a real impact across the organisation.

This is permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid working conditions, open to our offices based in Gadigal Country (Sydney).

 

 

About you

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally meet the below criteria: 


   
•    Strong experience in the industry and/or the Big 4, with a strong understanding of technology risk and audit.
•    Proven ability to lead complex reviews end-to-end, influence senior stakeholders, and build proactive relationships.
•    Experience executing IT General Controls (ITGC) and broader technology risk assurance in agile and complex environments and emerging technologies.
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise insights—both written and verbal—to all levels of management.
•    ISACA certification (e.g. CISA, CRISC, CISSP) and/or relevant IT or audit qualifications (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, NIST, IIA).
•    Data analytics and AI experience in audit or risk contexts is highly desirable.
