Your role
• build a strategy and execute the end-to-end recruitment and summer program offerings for divisions within our Investment Bank including Sales & Trading and Equity Research
• manage the hiring process to ensure fairness, transparency and diverse representation within the class
• tell our campus recruiting story through data
• provide excellent client relationship management for our stakeholders (Business & HR) and deliver on their expectations
• work in tandem with internal partners like campus marketing and learning & development to ensure we are hiring the best talent and providing our hires with a best-in-class experience
• stay informed of trends and best practices to ensure UBS remains an employer of choice on university campuses
• represent the campus recruiting team in division and/or firmwide projects
Detailed salary information:
• New York: the salary range for this role is $85,000 to $105,000.
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
