Recovery Administration Officer

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality support? Join our dynamic Recoveries Team as a Recovery Administration Officer, where your skills will help drive accurate, timely, and compliant recovery processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of the team, you’ll manage a portfolio of recovery claims and provide essential administrative support. Your work will help ensure smooth operations, strong stakeholder relationships, and successful outcomes across the recoveries function.

What You’ll Bring

• Clear and confident communication skills – written and verbal.

• Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

• Initiative and independence – you’re comfortable working with minimal supervision.

• A customer-first mindset when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within banking, finance, or insurance.

• Solid background in administration within a financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Financial Services or Certificate IV in General Insurance (preferred but not essential).
