Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Sales and Service
Cloud.
Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes,
triggers, and Visualforce pages.
Develop scalable and reusable components following Salesforce best practices.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to translate
requirements into technical solutions.
Perform unit testing and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Work on Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and
automation tools.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce
Connect, and Named Credentials.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide estimates, and deliver work within sprint
timelines.
Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and apply them to improve
solutions.
Required Skills
4–8 years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and middleware tools
(e.g., MuleSoft preferred).
Experience with Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules).
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins,
SFDX).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
