YOUTH EDUCATION COORDINATOR en Dream Centers of Michigan

Dream Centers of Michigan is seeking a Youth Education Coordinator to lead our Kids Club Afterschool and Summer Program for students in grades 1–5. This role focuses on academic growth, literacy development, and holistic support for children and families, ensuring every child experiences belonging, dignity, and the opportunity to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Kids Club programming during the school year and summer.

• Oversee literacy assessments and develop personalized learning plans.

• Recruit, train, and support program volunteers.

• Build strong relationships with families, schools, and community partners.

• Ensure safe, structured, and nurturing program environments.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree in education, social work, ministry, or related field preferred.

• 2–3 years of experience in youth development, afterschool programs, or education.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and relational skills.

• Passion for urban ministry and holistic child development.
