OBJECTIVE 

Works with internal business partners and external resources to provide application systems that enable functional processes.  Responsible for medium size projects and tasks and demonstrates a solid knowledge of functional processes and system application.  Trouble shoots system and data problems and recommends appropriate action.

  • Acts as a consultant to other functional analysts and the user community to help implement ERP system manufacturing and supply chain functionality, researches and communicates to the broader team and customer community the newest functionality available within systems. Communicates business needs relative to gaps in system functionality to the organization and recommends solutions & assists in identifying new potential areas of system optimization.
  • Provides follow-up and post-implementation support to the user community to ensure success with implementations.
  • Understands business requirements to recommend and communicate potential areas of integration with ERP modules and legacy systems.
  • Supports day to day activities including on-call rotation and problem troubleshooting.
  • Translate business requirements into operational systems.
  • Propose creative and elegant solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Collaborate and communicate with the team in an agile work environment.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years related functional experience

QUALIFICATIONS

Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. Atlassian Jira or similar Project Management systems. SQL Database skills using Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL). CAD systems, preferably AutoCad and/or SolidWorks. MRP/ERP knowledge. Familiarity with PrefSuite and high-level database structure.  Able to understand and perform basic query functions. Able to read basic CAD drawings. Familiar with use of business intelligence tools and best practices. Strong leadership, organization and project management skills, and the ability to speak in front of groups of customers and/or employees.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Hybrid of Modern office environment including access to computer facilities is provided and Manufacturing facility environment. A team member in this position works in an environment in which safety, environmental and health concerns may demand constant attention. Strict adherence to Company policies, rules, and regulations in these areas is required.  A team member in this position must focus on the customer’s expectations, prevent problems, and strive for continuous improvement resulting in improved results for themselves, customers and other team members.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. The team member is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The team member is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The team member must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

TRAVEL

20% travel is expected for this position

LOCATION

This position is based in Medley, FL or Ocala, Florida but may travel to multiple sites. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. It will be the responsibility of the successful candidate to arrange accommodation to Medley or Ocala.
