Temp - Data Entry Clerk en Seaboard Energy

SUMMARY:  This position is responsible for providing help to transfer large amounts of data into Excel spreadsheet.  The candidate must be detailed oriented, capable of error recognition and correction with very little oversight. We expected the individual work accurately and efficient as possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Record, report and ensure multiple types of data are input into the proper spreadsheets
• Possess thorough understanding of the document control and record files
• Transfer confidential records and documents from invoices to spreadsheets
• Knowledge of photocopying and scanning
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working with a team environment
• Stay on timeline and understand deadlines

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED required.  Previous experience preferred.  
• Ability to read and write effective reports and business correspondence using standard Microsoft Office products
• Previous experience operating computers and use of data base technology
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required  

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work environment consists of office, plant production, and outside climate conditions.  Noise level varies within the production area.

NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday, working hours to be determined. Occasionally extended hours or changes in schedule will be required as special circumstances arise.
