The Opportunity: Junior Designer
- The Junior Designer supports marketing communications and product development initiatives. Working closely with the Lead Designer and cross-functional teams, this role creates engaging visuals and layouts that enhance the customer experience and drive the sales process. Primary responsibilities include designing layouts for corporate, product, and marketing collateral.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists the marketing team with curriculum development projects, including designing product workbooks, packaging, and related materials
- Performs layout and design of corporate communications such as newsletters, event signage, and promotional collateral
- Collaborates with the marketing team to ensure design elements align with campaign strategies and brand standards
- Contributes ideas in creative meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Designs and build product landing pages and promotional website pages
- Photographs and edit images for use in marketing and curriculum projects
- Provides support to marketing and product management staff on various design-related tasks
- Performs additional duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Visual Communication Design or related field; or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of digital production experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and user-experience design
Work Location
- Realityworks, Inc. is located in Eau Claire, WI. This is a hybrid position, splitting time between working from a home office and working onsite at the corporate office, as assigned or required
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel for tradeshows and customer sites averaging 2-4 overnight trips per year
