Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update inventory records using inventory management systems.
Monitor stock levels and forecast needs to avoid shortages and overages.
Perform regular audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments.
Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments with proper documentation.
Obtain shipping estimates and analyze cost efficiencies.
Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to forecast and meet inventory needs.
Resolve shipment or inventory issues promptly and accurately.
Prepare reports on inventory and stock adjustments.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management.
Familiarity with inventory management software/systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
