You Are:
As a Business Process Architect, Manager you will play a pivotal role in delivery of large complex technology projects.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
- Project Management: Oversee the delivery of technology projects using appropriate frameworks, collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
- Profitability and Success: Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery, and proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
- Team Engagement: Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance products and service delivery efficiency.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks to project timelines and budgets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in service quality, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable technology strategies.
- Innovation and Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, intrapreneurship, and people-centric approaches within the team.
- Initiative and Problem Solving: Drive new initiatives and encourage innovative thinking to solve complex problems and achieve business goals.
- Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are necessary to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Ability to think strategically and drive initiatives that align with business objectives is essential for achieving long-term success.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are important for navigating challenges and ensuring project continuity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
