Manage and maintain a designated book of business, building strong client relationships through timely service, expert guidance, and creative problem-solving
Act as the primary contact for plan sponsors, addressing client and employee inquiries regarding enrollment, coverage, and general plan details; escalate complex questions as needed
Coordinate and execute the annual renewal process, including marketing, strategy development, and client presentations
Support quarterly client meetings by preparing and delivering materials, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Manage new business implementation, including underwriting coordination, installation documentation, and record management
Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system, ensuring timely documentation of communications, action items, and service activity
Research and apply industry knowledge to client needs, staying current on insurance products, regulations, and market trends
Identify and resolve client concerns quickly and effectively, implementing solutions to strengthen long-term relationships
Ensure strict confidentiality and security of all client and company information
Experience in employee benefits, health insurance, or account management (brokerage or carrier preferred)
Strong knowledge of group health and ancillary benefits; familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, etc.) a plus
Excellent communication and client service skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems preferred
Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe)
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $68K to $80K per year.
