Compensation

$52,000 per year + bonus opportunities

As a Service Advisor at J.C. Lewis Motor Co., you will own our customer’s experience in the service lane. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, from greeting vehicle owners to explaining the repair process. Our Service Advisors are true professionals who thrive on helping others and making every customer interaction a positive one.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the drive lane and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service

• Take ownership of the customer’s experience, providing a positive and memorable impression

• Provide concierge-level support for all customer inquiries, in person or by phone

• Manage and sell the daily inventory of technicians’ time to service customers

• Efficiently distribute work among technicians

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and organized personality

• Strong communication skills with customers and teammates

• Ability to manage time and multitask effectively

• Demonstrated leadership or management experience preferred

• Professional, well-groomed appearance

• Clean driving record

• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

• At least 21 years of age
